How I Went From Self-doubt to Success

Writer's picture: Kyla CoferKyla Cofer

It's been really fun to hear from you the last few weeks. Thank you for all of your support and encouragement as I celebrate hitting 50 podcast episodes and meeting many of my goals this year. I'm so grateful for you!

Over the last 3-4 years, I've been hard at work, leaning into life coaching, public speaking, and running a business. But underneath all of that, I've been wading through my own personal development.

I have a long history of anxiety, depression, and overall lack of self-worth. Even while in the middle of leadership roles, I've had people say to me, "Kyla, you're too hard on yourself. I wish you'd be kinder to yourself."

In early adulthood, I still held onto beliefs like...

  • I'm not good enough

  • Something bad is about to happen

  • "Everybody" is laughing at / judging me

  • I'm not allowed to be happy

And so on. Deep down, I was convinced all of the above were true.

Until I discovered that they weren't.

None of that was true.

In fact, they were downright lies.

But going from knowing what's actually true to believing isn't as simple as walking through a doorway. It's a process that takes time, support and courage.

It was't always easy, but I knew what I needed to do.

I used to spend every day with anxiety and self-doubt.

Now, I spend every day with love for and belief in myself.

My leadership has changed. My business has changed. My life has changed.

All because of coaching.

If you're ever felt like me, that you aren't enough, or that your life is ruled by suffering, you need to join me next Thursday.

I'm opening the doors to a journey in this exclusive, one-time, live event.

If you've ever been held back from achieving, or chasing your dreams because of self-doubt, I'm serious when I say, you can't miss this call.

I'll be teaching you everything I've learned in my journey to success, and how I discovered self-acceptance along the way.

Best of all, it's completely free.

Join me next Thursday, 7pm CST, and find the answers you've been looking for.

I believe in you,

P.S. The call is free, but space is limited and I expect this event to sell out. Be sure to Register so you don't miss it!
