Our Story
When I (Kyla Cofer) was encouraged to start a podcast as part of my coaching & speaking business, I had no idea what I was doing. I did it anyway. Without any experience or background in podcasting, I made a lot of mistakes! But I eventually grew the Leadership School podcast into a platform that has helped thousands of people in over a dozen countries on six continents.
I started Podcaster School because I know how challenging it was to learn everything I needed to know on top of creating and producing the content.
My dream: help creators like yourself to produce high-quality podcasts with confidence, giving you everything you need to be successful.
