Coaching is personalized, so we’ll always go at a pace that works for you & incorporate topics specific to the challenges you’re facing. ​​​​

Week 1 & 2

  • Personal assessment

    • We’ll look at the big picture of how you’re feeling about different areas of your life, and use that to help structure your focus during the coaching process

  • Building community

    • Exploring your community and working together to build support that will be there even after your 8 weeks of coaching 

  • Setting goals

    • We’ll create achievable goals, both small and large, and I’ll be here to hold you accountable

Weeks 3 & 4

  • Personal mission statement

    • This is really getting clear on your purpose and what you love.

  • Your Self Worth

    • Establishing a self care routine +

    • Finding & believing the stories that are true about you

Leadership & Self Care Challenges

Weeks 5 & 6

  • Fears & Beliefs

    • Understanding your fears, where they come from, and what to do about them.

    • Transforming your beliefs so your fears no longer have control

  • Boundaries

    • I’ll help you discover where breaks in boundaries are affecting your well being, and teach you how to recognize & work through them.

Planning Ahead

Weeks 7 & 8

  • Understanding failure

    • I have a story about failure that you’ll really love! When we understand the role failure plays, it changes from being something to avoid, to something to embrace!

  • Building your legacy

    • Before our coaching is over, you’ll know for sure who you are, what your purpose is, and you’ll feel prepared for making future decisions.
